By accessing or using PlacementPro's services, website, or training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

PlacementPro provides placement training services including but not limited to aptitude training, technical skill development, interview preparation, resume building, and mock interviews. Services are delivered through weekend training sessions over a 10-week program period.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be currently enrolled in an eligible educational institution (college/university)
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have authorization from your institution if registering through an institutional program

4. Registration and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment Terms

For individual enrollments:

• Full payment is required before the program start date
• Prices are as listed on our pricing page and are subject to change
• All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Institutional payments are governed by separate agreements

6. Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions. A minimum attendance of 75% is required to receive the program completion certificate. Missed sessions may be made up through recorded materials where available, but live participation is strongly encouraged.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, content, assessments, and resources provided by PlacementPro are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.

8. Code of Conduct

Students must:

• Behave professionally and respectfully toward trainers and fellow students
• Not share account access or training materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Not engage in cheating or plagiarism during assessments
• Not record training sessions without prior authorization

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide high-quality training, PlacementPro does not guarantee specific placement outcomes. Employment decisions are made by hiring companies, and results may vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

PlacementPro's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
