Refund Policy

1. Overview

At PlacementPro, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have designed our refund policy to be fair to both students and our organization. This policy applies to individual student enrollments. Institutional agreements may have separate refund terms.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

  • You cancel your enrollment before the program start date
  • You request a refund within 7 days of the program start date, regardless of sessions attended
  • The program is cancelled by PlacementPro for any reason
  • Technical issues on our end prevent you from accessing more than 2 consecutive sessions

3. Partial Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a 50% refund if:

  • You request a refund during Week 1, 2, or 3 of the program (after the initial 7-day window)
  • You have documented medical emergencies or family circumstances that prevent continued participation

Supporting documentation may be required for medical or emergency-based partial refund requests.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The refund request is made after Week 3 of the program
  • You have been suspended or expelled for violation of our Code of Conduct
  • You fail to meet the minimum attendance requirements due to personal choice
  • You have already received and used training materials for more than 30% of the program

5. Premium Plan Add-ons

For Premium Plan subscribers, personal mock interview sessions and LinkedIn optimization services that have already been delivered are non-refundable. If you request a refund before these services are delivered, their value will be included in your refund calculation.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email our support team at bhaumiks02@gmail.com
  2. Include your full name, enrollment ID, and reason for the refund request
  3. Attach any supporting documentation if applicable
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. You will receive a confirmation email with the decision and next steps

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the approval date. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment. Bank processing times may add additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.

8. Batch Transfer Option

As an alternative to a refund, you may request a one-time transfer to a future batch at no additional cost. This option is available up to Week 5 of your current program. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the start of the desired batch.

9. Institutional Enrollments

Refunds for students enrolled through institutional programs are subject to the agreement between PlacementPro and the institution. Students should contact their placement coordinator or institutional representative for refund inquiries.
